📚Managing properties on RetailIQ

This document provides instructions for using the Property Management feature in RetailIQ

Adding Market in Property Management

1. Open the property management tab in RetailIQ

   
2. Click add market

3. Enter the address or Lat. long. details of the market where you want to find properties

4. You can also drop a PIN in the map to select the location.

5. 

6. Configure the requirement and priority for the market requirement (High priority items will be shown first)

The default requirements are as follows: 1. Possession status: Ready to move 2. Rent: INR 35000 - INR 45000 3. Area: 800-1200 sqft.

1. The added property can be viewed in the ‘My markets’ section in property management tab

2. All the markets added to RetailIQ are ready to be scouted by on ground BD.

3. The BD has to download the app to get started: https://onelink.to/8fr5rt

4. The BD can request a property within the added markets by sharing the requirement with a Broker (This broker can be any broker that the BD is already connected to)

5. BD will be given access to these Markets as per their region

6. The added markets will be automatically shown in the BD’s MarketConnect App to view and add property surveys

   

Viewing properties for a market added

1. In the property management tab, select the ‘view properties’ CTA for the market added

2. You can view all the properties that have been added by your on ground BD or Broker. You cannot add a property yourself. Properties can only be added using the RetailIQ market connect app: https://onelink.to/8fr5rt

3. You can select the property and view the details

4. You can also view the properties in the map and compare the location of these properties against you active stores or competitors

Changing the requirements

1. In the property management tab, select the ‘view properties’ CTA for the market added

2. Open the requirements section

3. After clicking the edit icon you can easily make changes to the requirements

4. After making the changes, click apply to save the changes

5. After changing the requirements, the updated requirements will be shared with the broker

View location & markets for different cities

1. In order to view/add markets in a different, select the city selector in the top header

2. Select the city for which you want to view/add markets
